For case file handing, you will be the main point of co-ordination between vendors, realtors and other service providers to provide seamless service delivery for each assignment. Other responsibilities include ability to understand and provide best consultative guidance on residential rental market norm, short term housing, visa and immigration practises and overseeing tenancy matters.
- Willingness to learn and adapt the best practises in the Relocations Support industry, Visa and Immigration pertaining to work pass matters and knowledge of residential property and Temp Living
- Be familiar with available private education (international schools system, entry requirement) and provide consultative support to assignee and their family members
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible as new tasks arise
- Ability to communicate effectively in a constructive and professional manner
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team builder and player, customer-driven and able to work in a dynamic work environment
- Cultural sensitivity to deal with various nationalities and ethnic groups
- Provide consultative guidance pertaining to settling-in topics to support all assignees. Mandarin is an added advantage when corresponding with Chinese expatriates.
- Be prompt and responsive to client’s inquiries.
