**JOB SUMMARY**:
Colgate-Palmolive is looking for an experienced, passionate and innovative media lead to deliver impactful brand experiences for hundreds of millions of consumers across the APAC region. While the role is a specialism within a regional Marketing team that includes Brand Design & Content, Always-On Digital, and Insights & Analytics, you will work in partnership with our local Marketing teams to deliver outcomes that drive local brand and business success. The role provides an important bridge between Creative Transformation (brand comms and media innovation) and Digital Transformation (performance, e-commerce, search, and CRM).
**Main Responsibilities**
- Aggregate and amplify our use of media channels, placements, formats and partnerships, to drive disproportionate attention for our brand voice across both regionally-driven and locally-driven initiatives
- Structure and manage: social media partnerships with both current platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), and platforms that we either have an emerging presence or that are untested by our brands; current / future partnerships with celebrities, digital influencers, and brand collaborators
- Drive Colgate-Palmolive’s ‘Meaningful Engagement model’ for our brands across the region, by crafting social engagement principles, content calendars, and integrated media investment postures in collaboration with local brand teams
**About You**
- Throughout your career you would have demonstrated your ability to build and lead social media brand, content / community, and paid media strategies (including KOL and Influencer management) to drive business growth and build brands
- You are a passionate team player who enjoys collaborating in cross-functional teams of specialists to raise the bar on communications and do the right thing for our brands
- You are fluent in the language of media metrics, prioritized KPIs, and full-funnel communications planning
- You are an outstanding communicator who can rally a broad team around your vision, and who inspires and motivates people to push beyond their comfort zones
**Desirable Experience**
- 10+ years experience in digital and social media marketing at either agency side or brand side
- Experience using social publishing, social listening platforms (e.g. Sprinklr), and digital asset management platforms (DAMs) are a plus
