**Responsibilities**:
- Leading the APAC Brand Marketing team, setting our regional brand, social and integrated marketing strategy.
- Managing a local team of 5, and help invest in this talent to drive growth and longer term retention.
- Building a bridge between global, international, and regional teams across Brand and Social.
- Partnering with International Brand leads to ensure regional and country strategy reflects brand, creative, social and measurement priorities.
- Creating future facing recommendations, including budget and resourcing asks.
- Developing regional brand, social and integrated campaign “Center of Excellence”.
- Helping join the dots on work across teams and regions. Overseeing and supporting cross functional partnerships across B2B, Product marketing, external/internal Comms, Creator, News and Business Operations.
- Helping drive a cohesive narrative for brand in region with senior stakeholders including our regional MD, consumer teams, sales leaders and country managers.
- Country brand marketing strategy for our priority markets in-region including India and Australia.
- Overseeing in-market campaigns, and deploying international campaigns in region.
- Overseeing media spends strategy across ATL and BTL channels, with internal and external media agencies.
- Managing regional and country budgets and liaising with global finance. Overseeing country specific procurement and legal processes to drive efficiency.
- Support the development and management of Brand Partnerships and our Creator Strategy in the region.
- Support brand measurement for APAC, collaborating with external and internal partners to understand and present results.

**Qualifications**:
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 12 years+ experience in brand, consumer or product marketing
**Preferred Skills and Experience**:
- Relevant experience supporting successful campaigns in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Experience in people management and strong understanding of the importance of strong agency relations.
- Experienced in ATL, digital and social media from strategy to execution.
- Deep market knowledge or experience of either Australia, India or both markets.
- A consistent track record of leading and developing highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships.
- Hungry to learn, problem-solve and make an impact on the organisation and its performance.
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to think strategically and make recommendations, with a strong consumer judgment.
- Comfortable in measuring and interpreting data-driven performance & metrics.
- Ability to think creatively and propose out-of-the-box solutions.
- Possess a high degree of integrity, ownership and pride in their work, whilst having a tonne of fun along the way
