About the Team
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a front-facing APAC Employer Brand regional team member and build relationships with regional partners and stakeholders to provide effective branding to support their needs;
- Constantly seek ways to drive efficiencies and turnkey processes for the wider team;
- Drive and implement new ideas, strategies and recruitment marketing plans that will help to elevate our brand;
- Work closely with Analytics team to measure the impact of the work implemented;
- Partner with global and regional EB team(s) to activate and adopt attraction strategies for local APAC markets and initiatives, including but not limited to employee advocacy, content development, media campaigns, and channel/audience growth;
- Drive the Employee Advocacy program to unlock employee pride and foster an emotional connection with company culture and values;
- Build event and award strategies and identify moments-that-matter to proactively promote a positive employer employer brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field;
- 7+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field;
- Strategic thinker with a track record in project management and ability to translate business goals to marketing strategy and execution;
- Solid collaborator and strong communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues across our global team;
- Experience in developing copy, messaging and launching campaigns;
- Both to be able to think strategically and to be willing to be hands-on in daily execution.
