**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate and plan with Department Heads to ensure sufficient manpower and efficient deployment of manpower to maximize productivity during lull period and peak period
- Understanding of current manpower needs and anticipate future manpower requirements in consultation with Department Heads. [new business outlets, expansion of role etc]
- Carry out recruitment search processes to meet business manpower needs
- Recommend appropriate retention strategies and guide managers to carry out the approach.
- Perform regular staff performance review

**Requirements**:

- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A self-starter who can plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Strong and logical communication ability and a strategic, problem-solving mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
