**Overview of Role**:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and effective graphics for various digital and print projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and develop their skills in the field of graphic design.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize, design, and produce visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, such as websites, social media, advertisements, marketing materials, and other promotional items.
2. Assist in the development of creative concepts and ideas, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and project requirements.
3. Create design assets, such as logos, icons, typography, and illustrations, that effectively convey a brand’s message and identity.
4. Maintain knowledge of design trends, techniques, and best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest software and tools.
5. Ensure all designs meet quality and consistency standards, adhering to established design guidelines and specifications.
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating suggestions for improvement.
7. Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking project timelines, organizing design files, and maintaining project documentation.
8. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring a clear understanding of design objectives and deliverables.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
3. Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
4. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality design standards.
7. Familiarity with web design, UI/UX design, and/or motion graphics is a plus.
