Location: Singapore

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Visualise and develop attractive key visuals and marketing collaterals that meet project brief and company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all brand touchpoints.
- Work closely with the team members, ensuring quality work and timely completion of tasks within the deadline.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies and work on a wide range of materials and create engaging visual content that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including packaging, marketing collateral, landing pages, website assets, social media posts, internal communications, newsletters, banners, etc.
- Obtain input from the team to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
- Create compelling visual narratives by integrating typography, imagery, and other design elements into designs.
- Ensure consistency in visual design across social platforms and products.
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices.
- Work independently and cooperatively with the team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and be able to handle workload, which may include simultaneous projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate innovative techniques into design projects.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio, and ability to create attractive design with a consistent style.
- Possess strong skills in graphic/creative design programs: Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), on Mac/Windows platform.
- Strong aesthetic sense and design skills to understand and meet design requirements.
- Good time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
