At Cleveraa, our goal is to aid doctors in transforming more lives through branding, design, clinic marketing strategies, and customer service training solutions. By helping place our clients where patients are looking through ethical marketing, we connect patients with the doctors suited to treat their conditions.

Currently, however, Cleveraa is also expanding its services to cater to non-healthcare-related clients. As such, we are looking for an individual who is versatile and comfortable switching between design styles and requirements as needed.

We are looking for a creative junior graphic designer to join our team. The responsibilities of a junior graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the senior graphic designer, and improving design tasks.

To be successful as a junior graphic designer, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a successful junior graphic designer should be able to create imaginative designs, be open to learning more and create impressive designs that promote the company's vision.

**Junior Graphic Designer Skills and Requirements**:

- Understand project requirements and ideas.
- Use graphic techniques to create drafts/mockups.
- Produce digital assets such as logos, banners, and website interfaces.
- Pitch creative concepts with a Senior Graphic Designer.
- Collaborate with the team to launch projects.
- Use feedback from other designers to improve.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer. (Fresh Grads with an impressive portfolio may also apply)
- Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of design techniques, such as Prototyping will be a bonus.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Time management skills.
- A talent for creativity and problem-solving.
- Graphic Design qualification or similar.
