We're looking for a junior graphic designer who can turn briefs into concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have great knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into designs, and has a thorough understanding of branding, and be able to find the right layout and tonality for each project while ensuring the content is relevant and on-brand.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Visualise and develop attractive key visuals and marketing collaterals that meet project brief and company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all brand touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the team members, ensuring quality work and timely completion of tasks within the deadline.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies and work on a wide range of materials and create engaging visual content that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including packaging, marketing collateral, landing pages, website assets, social media posts, internal communications, newsletters, banners, etc.
  • Obtain input from the team to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
  • Create compelling visual narratives by integrating typography, imagery, and other design elements into designs.
  • Ensure consistency in visual design across social platforms and products.
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices.
  • Work independently and cooperatively with the team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and be able to handle workload, which may include simultaneous projects.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate innovative techniques into design projects.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio, and ability to create attractive design with a consistent style.
  • Possess strong skills in graphic/creative design programs: Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), on Mac/Windows platform.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and design skills to understand and meet design requirements.
  • Knowledge in 3D (such as Cinema4D and Blender) would be a plus.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
