Singapore CPG FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE LTD Full time

The CMMS Officer will be reporting to the CMMS Manager, the job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Assist the Company, Business Units and clients in the adoption and implementation of the facilities management technology domain.
- Work closely with the Company, Business Units and clients to identify suitable technologies to address the needs and requirements on the implementation of a CMMS for existing and new projects.
- Coordinate and provide the necessary training for any digital service implementation.
- Assist with system integration and data transfer between CMMS and Client’s prevailing solution (system/cloud).
- Set up of CMMS test environment and managing of workflow for CMMS.
- Manage records and relevant documentation and ensure the documents are readily available to the Company upon request.
- Recommend key action plans to the company to prevent any lapse and failure of CMMS based on the insights gained.Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or related field with at least 2 years of IT work experience
- Good working and learning attitude with initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- 5-day work week, able to commence work immediately
