We’re searching for a **Senior Manager **to be part of our **Facilities** Department diverse team of talent. You will be the Subject-Matter-Expert for the **Operation & Maintenance.**
**What you will be working on**:
- Lead the operation section in Facilities to provide 24 hours operational support in wafer fabrication
- Lead the team to maintain and operate Facilities Centre (FC) systems
- Provide guidance to team members, ensure smooth facilities operations and resolve technical issues
- Manage Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensure system owners perform all the maintenance function as required
- Manage 12-hour shift duties to provide 24 hours facilities support to Fab to ensure continuous and smooth operation
- Coach, mentor and train fellow on technical know-how to ensure department technical competencies are up to the highest standard
- Formulate and implement operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs for systems to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times
- Monitor and review system performance and capacity usage to ensure continuity of operations with zero disruptions
- Manage appointed shift leaders to perform shift handover, planning & allocation of daily tasks to shift members, generation of system performance & weekly utility consumption reports
- Review, recommend and implement changes to workflow to achieve company and department goals in relation to cost saving and operational improvement
- Working closely with Operations and Quality team ensuring optimal plant performance
**More About You**:
- Master/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab environment
- Strong Functional / Technical Skills and Knowledges:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Cleanroom and Control Systems
