Singapore BW OFFSHORE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. Full time

Overall Supervision of the Maintenance Department and all maintenance related activities:

- All maintenance functions
- System performance
- Asset Integrity management
- Reporting of defects
- Planned Maintenance activities with required timeframe
- Liaise with Materials Coordinator and responsible for maintaining sufficient spare parts as deemed appropriate
- Provide guidance and support in any area related to system performance, asset integrity or reliability.
- Report to OIM and relevant persons of any issues affecting Safety critical equipment functionality, or facility operation
- Help to shape a healthy working culture on the facility proactively promoting cooperation, communication and positive working relationships
- Implementation of near-term planning offshore and provide input and support to longer term planning and execution
- Ensure that activities are properly risk assessed and executed in line with permit to work and other applicable safe operating procedures
- Acts as the facility Computerised Maintenance Management System Administrator
- Responsible for vendor and contractor management and support
- Assist with Competency assessment and development of personnel offshore
- Perform performance evaluation of subordinates including giving regular feedback and implementing appropriate coaching and mentoring as required
