Job Title:
Facilities Operations Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and independent facilities professional to maintain our base and support various facilities management tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Managing facility maintenance works, including building works, mechanical and electrical works, environmental cleaning, horticultural and landscaping works.
• Coordinating all work requests and work orders submitted by clients, consolidating all relevant documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in facilities management or equivalent and experience in construction and building maintenance. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possess good computer literacy/knowledge.

Additional Requirements:
The candidate will liaise with internal and external parties to ensure interfaces and works programme are achieved. They will use a Computerised FM system for Preventive and Corrective maintenance, Costing, Certification of Works, Updating and submission of reports, etc.
