A Property Manager Specialist is responsible for overseeing the management, acquisition, development and financial performance of a portfolio of properties.
About the Role- To support senior property managers in all routine facility management duties.
- To ensure scheduled maintenance works are duly carried out in stipulated standards.
- To inspect facilities on a regular basis and report any defects found.
- To use computerised maintenance management systems to manage work processes.
- To manage projects assigned by senior property managers.
- To manage clients according to company customer service guidelines.
- To enforce company safety culture.
