WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We need a Workforce Administration (WFA) Specialist to join our team who will manage a range of processes & activities throughout an employee’s life cycle in Nike supporting the Asia Pacific region (i.e. Pre/Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle events, Offboarding).
A team player who can work autonomously within established policies & processes, make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact priorities and allocation of time to meet deadlines, and ensure that actions protect our employees & Nike. A process expert who understands the end to end process, even beyond Workforce Administration steps and can identify & define process improvement areas and owns to design, document and implement such process improvements/changes.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Manage Workforce Administration services - Pre/Onboarding, Employee Movements, Offboarding activities supporting Nike employees based in Asia Pacific
- Proactively communicates with customers when information is missing and provides consultation to gather necessary info to process request successfully with a service mindset.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Territory Operations Consultant (TOC), Payroll, Total Rewards Operations, etc.) to ensure that employee related changes are processed correctly and timely
- Manage cases in Service Now and ensure that SLA’s are met
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in managing HR systems - Service Now, Success Factors, SAP
- Own documentation updates for teamwork instructions (job aides and maintain governance for changes)
- Delivering the support for territory in multiple languages
- Participate in key global/regional projects that focus on SAP Data Management and other HR system implementation
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You’ll be the WFA point person for an assigned country/market and expected to own the processes aligned to your assigned country. You will be working very closely with the Territory Operations Consultant (TOC), Payroll Specialist, Total Rewards Operations Specialist, and local HR teams to ensure work is managed correctly.
You’ll collaborate with the bigger HRCOS team for regional/global initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Minimum of 1-3 years working experience in HR
- Experience in Service Now, Success Factors, SAP is preferred
- Knowledge & experience in MS Tools
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual (Japanese & English) and highly confident in both oral and written communication (as the role is required to work with counterparts in Japan)
