**Company Description**

Tan Kah Kee Foundation is a charity organization based in Singapore focused on promoting education and technological development. The Foundation holds various educational and fundraising events to further promote the Tan Kah Kee spirit.

**Role Description**

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations, will work in close collaboration with the senior Operations Manager (OM) in the Foundation. The role involves collaborating with other organisations, individuals and board members. This is a full-time on-site position in Singapore.
- Minutes taking with OM.
- Handle some editorial responsibilities for the Foundation's newsletter, such as obtaining photos and information.
- Maintaining the Pioneer Memorial Hall, including up keeping of the hall, understanding the theme of exhibits and the history of pioneers, and arranging for tours.
- Events management: Assist the OM and respective chairs in annual events: Young Inventors' Awards and Scholarship Awards, as well as aiding in the planning of any seminars or talks.
- Assisting the fundraising team in the operational and administrative areas of events such as a gala dinner, which is held every four to five years.
- Social media: Design marketing materials and manage the posting of content related to the Foundation on various social media platforms.

- Interpersonal skills - the ability to effectively communicate and foster a positive work environment
- Operations management - experience in overseeing and managing day-to-day operations
- An individual who demonstrates initiative and is self-motivated to take on tasks beyond those delegated by their superiors and consistently performs beyond the expectations of their role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Minimum A level/Diploma qualification and at least one year experience.
