**Responsibilities**
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Serve as the cross-functional partner in aligning business needs
- Deliver excellent employee experience through seamless and efficient management of each step of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to career transitions.
- Aligning staff to business objectives
- Enhancing staff performance
- Supporting employee development and retention
- Running orientation and onboarding processes
- Maintaining staff relations and grievances
- Updating policies and practices
- Managing staff wellness and health initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Executive Manager
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 - 5 years as HR Business Partner / Generalist in a corporate firm.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management / Logistic, or other relevant fields
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Have good organization skills
- Experience in business partnering with stakeholders is a must
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proficient in dealing with people data, metrics, and providing insights through analytics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and strategic thinking
- Hands-on, results-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and can operate under mínimal guidance and deal with ambiguity
- Strong in change management and dealing with organizational growth and/or changes
