Since 2013, **Joy Music Studio** is an established music school in Marine Parade offering a variety of instrument choices and professionally equipped studios, we are known for our enthusiastic teachers and customized approach for learners.

We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly **Studio Coordinater/Customer Care Specialist (Part Time/Full-Time)** to join our joyful team at our Marine Parade location.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Commitment**_
- Available to work on Saturday/Sundays and weekday afternoons/evenings _plus special events when required_
- **Customer Care**_
- Coordinate between the school, parents, students, and teachers effectively
- Nurture lead funnels, arrange for trial lessons, and sign-up new students
- **Studio Coordinator**_
- Oversee day-to-day operations and administration tasks
- Organize systems used for scheduling, customer management, invoicing
- Prepare and send student invoices accurately and on-time (monthly)
- Manage book orders and inventory, maintain studio equipment
- **Events and Projects**_
- Coordinate activities such as concerts, workshops, camps, programs
- Support marketing/promotion activities
- Take photos and videos at events
- Create online posts, videos, posters and flyers using Canva
- **Create a friendly, positive, and professional environment within the school**_
- Greet students/parents and create a warm, welcoming environment
- Build and maintain good relationships with parents and students
- Assist with training/orientation new team members
