**Commitment Requirement**
- Full-Time 42 hours/week, on-site
- Available to work on weekends and weekday afternoons/evenings

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**_
- Nurture lead funnels, arrange for trial lessons, and sign-up new students
- **Operations & Customer Management**_
- Oversee day-to-day operations and administration at the centre
- Maintain and organize software used for scheduling, customer management, invoicing
- Prepare and send student invoices accurately and on-time
- Coordinate communications between the school, parents, students, and teachers effectively
- **Events and Projects **_
- Support marketing/promotion activities when requested
- Help plan or coordinate school activities such as concerts, workshops, camps, programs
- **Help create a friendly, positive, and professional environment within the school**_
- Greet students/parents and create a warm, welcoming environment
- Build and maintain good relationships with parents and students
- Assist with training/orientation new team members

**We’d love to hear from you if**:

- You have at least 1 year experience working in music or education/tuition related industry
- You have at least 1 year experience working in customer-facing or operations related roles
- You possess key skills for the role: personal initiative, detail-oriented, team player, problem solving, multi-tasking
- You smile A LOT, and have a bright and cheerful personality with confident communication skills
- You enjoy working with children and teens
- **Bonus** - Previous experience learning music, performance arts, or music production

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
