**Job Title: Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Customer Service**
**Work Location**: Marine Parade (TE26), approx. 7-minute walk from MRT

**Responsibilities**:
As a Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in managing communication and documentation across the global logistics chain. Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with overseas offices, agents, shipping companies, and clients
- Preparing and organizing shipping documentation and ensuring proper filing
- Coordinating and following up on shipment orders and logistics activities
- Supporting daily operations and cross-functional tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in any relevant discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- English communication proficiency at working level (minimum 6/10)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Open to fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM **or** 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:45 AM - 1:00 PM
- **Rest Days**: 7.5 days per month
- During probation: alternate Saturdays off
- After confirmation: required to work only one Saturday per month
