The School of Positive Psychology is the pioneer in the wellbeing industry since 2007. We provide high quality education, corporate consultancy and bespoke training programmes across the globe, building flourishing individuals and organisations.

1) Handle full set of accounts (including AR, AP and GL) using Xero accounting system

2) Submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS

3) Bank reconciliation

4) Amortisation of revenue

5) Send monthly reports to management and whenever required

6) Check outstanding payment and collection from students

7) Prepare payment to vendors and lecturers

8) Prepare staff claims

9) Maintain petty cash float

10) Calculate Fixed Asset depreciation

11) Calculate commission for sales consultants

12) Update leave for staff using software

13) Ensure general keep-up of the office premise

14) Handle any ad-hoc jobs assigned by the Director

**Job Requirements**:
1) Minimum Diploma in Accounting

2) Minimum 2 years handling full set of accounts

3) Proficient in Microsoft Office

4) Familiar using Xero accounting system

5) Positive attitude and meticulous

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
