**About This Role:

The Trading Operations Officer will support the Operations Department in contributing to client servicing and account management support in attending to and resolving queries received from Institutional clients related to orders, trades execution and settlement on the digital platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Support exchange listing, trading, clearing, settlement, and custody operations.
- Monitor and providing operation support to ensures smooth order execution, clearing and settlement of transactions of crypto and digital security tokens assets.
- Manage, escalate, and resolve all requests/inquiries/issues/errors.
- Develop, maintain, and update all relevant documentation for continuous improvements of AsiaNext’s operations.

**Qualifications And Experience**

Education
- Diploma in banking and finance, business management/Higher NITEC in business.

Experience and Skill
- Prior experience working in a related role in the banking/securities services/fintech/payment industry will be desirable.
- Familiar with regulatory securities and payment services guidelines is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative, self-discipline, and team focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in different shifts to cover the 24x7 operations

**Rotate on weekly basis**:

- Time: 7am to 7pm (Day Shift)

7pm to 7am (Night Shift)

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
