**About This Role:

The Market Surveillance Associate will support the Operations Department in identifying and escalating instances of market abuse and other activity that adversely impacts the trading platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure completeness and acceptability of onboarding documents received for KYC review
- Enforce additional enhanced due diligence screening checks on high-risk clients for their onboarding review process
- Perform periodic review of client profile in accordance with their client risk rating
- Review name screening alerts. Escalate genuine hit alerts for further action in line with AML policy
- Collaborate with Tech and Compliance team to manage and respond to customer queries in their entire onboarding and connectivity testing journey
- Exhibit the highest standards of operational services to both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support on other assigned operational tasks or reporting requirements

**Qualifications And Experience**

Education
- Diploma in banking and finance, business management/Higher NITEC in business.

Experience and Skill
- Prior experience working in a related role in the banking/securities services/fintech/payment industry will be desirable.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulatory and market conduct rules and other related regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have proven analytical and eye for details
- Collaborative, self-discipline, and team focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in different shifts to cover the 24x7 operations

**Rotate on fortnightly basis**:

- Time:
7.30am to 7.30pm (Day Shift)

7.30pm to 7.30am (Night Shift)

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
