Are you looking for a highly-visible sales management role that allows you to leverage data insight to accelerate sales effectiveness? If so, this Sales Force Effectiveness Manager role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.
As the Net Revenue Management Lead for Southeast Asia & Taiwan, you will be responsible for ensuring the Gross to Net (G2N) budget is spent effectively and efficiently with 100% compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and implement pricing strategy across SEAT
- Unlock value through pack price architecture, promotional efficiencies, channel and product mix management and more
- Set and monitor compliance to the right Gross to Net (G2N) principles in terms of planning, spending and reimbursement
- Ensure the right annual and quarterly planning is completed
- Monitor and confirm actual settlement is as per the plan and on track
- Oversee End to End (E2E) of net revenue management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 or more years in a trade marketing, commercial finance or sales function
- Experience managing budgets
- Experience engaging leadership for process implementation
- Strong understanding of distributors and the modern trade environment
- Demonstrated understanding of trade spend budgeting, deployment and tracking
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen.
