**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer service and success**
- Address patient’s inquiries over various communication channels, namely text-based messaging.
- Patient relations such as registration, appointment booking.
- Assist and escalate user and technical issues to relevant departments

**Order fulfilment**
- Dispensing of medications
- Packaging and dispatching of orders in a timely manner
- Handle customer verification and billing
- Monitoring and follow-up on medical report, patient requests etc

**Administrative duties**
- Stock-taking and inventory check
- Clinic housekeeping
- Other administrative duties such as data entry, bookkeeping, as required.

**Qualities we are looking for**:

- Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A / O / NITEC qualification
- Background in healthcare, or another frontline service such as F&B and hospitality is a plus
- Compassionate and sensitive towards customers
- Comfortable communicating with medical providers & patients
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- No previous healthcare experience required
- Confident with google docs and spreadsheets
