Executive Order Management Opportunity

Join us in this exciting role as an Executive, responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer orders. In this position, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate order fulfillment from sales handover to delivery by working closely with internal departments (Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Aftersales, Logistics), factories, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Create and maintain order documentation in shared drives and SAP (e.g., sales order file, engine purchase orders, batch and serial numbers).
  • Execute orders in compliance with contractual agreements including scope, timeline, and cost obligations.
Requirements:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills to manage non-technical back-end processes related to our engineered solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating logistics and order fulfillment.
