**Responsibilities**:
Reporting into the General Manager - Timezone and based in Singapore, the HR Manager will be responsible for all end-to-end HR process and enquiries, assisting venues, and providing a hands-on approach.

**In addition, you will be responsible for**:

- Overseeing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Being the main point of contact for all HR matter and enquiries, inclusive of building rapport and creating a cohesive and respectful culture in the business.
- Reviewing compensation, benefits, market trends and creating new initiatives to implement throughout the Singapore market.
- Overseeing outsourced payroll and recruitment functions in the organisation and liaising with the third-party providers.
- Monitoring and evaluating learning programs effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Preparing all HR administrative work and reports including budgets as required.
- Any other ad hoc tasks that may be required of you by the General Manager.

Skills and Experience
This is a standalone HR role, and would suit someone who is highly motivated, self-driven and enjoys working autonomously.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, Business Partner or similar Generalist role.
- Proven experience within a large multisite business (ideally within retail, hospitality, entertainment space).
- Prior knowledge of local employment law and regulations.
- A passion for driving team member engagement & experience and implementing new strategic initiatives for Timezone
- Demonstrated ability to influence at a senior level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage and prioritise multiple competing priorities.
- The ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
