**Retail Area Manager:
**Responsibilities:
**Operations**
- To ensure the smooth operations of outlets and team members.
- Accountable for sales target for outlets stores in Singapore.
- To facilitate all Marketing / Promotional activities.
- To manage project-based activities i.e. Atrium Events (duties which includes, planning, coordinating, setting up/closing of event) or any other duties may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- Ensuring operations efficiency of outlets and provide guidance to team in fulfilling monthly sales targets.
- requires individuals to oversee the day-to-day work and operations
- ensure adherence to organization guidelines.
- Strategically plan and review weekly manpower schedules to optimize staffing
- To emphasize and work closely with Store Managers and Operation Manager to deliver a team that is constantly delivering high standards of service.
- Responsible in planning and maintaining efficient operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined processes.
- Investigate each customer feedback promptly, utilizing insights to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational processes.

**Inventory**
- Manage the team communication with stores/regional partners/regarding inventory needs, stocks allocations, delivery pre-alerts and Operations standards.
- Lead and coordinate the annual stock take process.

**Sales & P&L Management**
- Display strong business acumen; analyze business results, identify business trends and recognize/maximize sales generation potential; systematically coach the team on business analysis skills.
- Identify opportunities and drive the implementation of new and/or improvement plans as needed.
- To cut unknown losses by identifying potential risk areas, make necessary control and take charge of the SOP on in-store security to control movements of staff/visitors/stocks in and out of the premises.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail industry, solid experience in managing multiple stores.
- Proven track records, strategic and results-driven with strong leadership abilities to motivate team
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
