
IT Support Specialist

**THE POSITION**
As an IT Support Specialist, you will report to the IT Manager, who is based in Amsterdam. As our company is growing, we need to grow our IT Team with this new position. In this role you will primarily be responsible for the technical support (Mac, software, telecom) and the required administration for our team members globally. In addition, you will work closely together with the internal ServiceDesk and Network Support team in the Netherlands. Arch & Hook is working on the Apple platform.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO**
- Provide 1st line IT support for our colleagues worldwide
- Provide user training (during onboarding process and further down the road)
- Develop and maintain manuals and other documentation
- Ensuring up-to-date and correct related administration
- Perform printer maintenance and user account management
**YOUR ATTRIBUTES**
- Relevant IT Education & Training and previous experience in first line IT Support
- Fluency in English (both in speaking as in writing)
- Advanced Apple user, experience in mobile device support and platforms such as IOS and Android
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, MS Teams, Azure, ITIL Processes and DevOps
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Agile and problem-solving working attitude
- Able to perform in a fast paced working environment
