T&M (Test & Measurement BU, Emerson) BU is deploying its Go-To-Market plan, which will require driving fierce execution of the plan, while evolving standardized, global sales processes to support business stakeholders delivering on results. Global Sales Operations organization, will play a pivotal role in shaping the regional Go-To-Market execution process in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Global Business Units. Process Managers will be in the Sales regions collaborating with Sales teams to enable sales leaders on key processes like GTM, Opportunity Management and Account Management. In Sales Operations, we are investing and expanding our Process, Project Management & data analysis pillars, which will play a critical role in driving standardization of sales processes like GTM and global standardization as part of this multi-year pursuit.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders to supervise the Regional GTM performance and transform into insights for Monthly GTM Reviews (includes GTM scorecard / bookings, AO coverage and pipeline)
- Supervise data solutions for GTM Execution and collaborate with BU Ops, Customer Experience & Global Analytics to improve data integrity in support of the GTM Scorecard
- Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to determine the regional GTM execution rhythm, oversee and communicate progress towards landmarks and action plans.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders and Regional Business Partner to prepare the monthly GTM reviews
- Identify regional needs that require process or data solution improvements, collaborate with Global Sales Operations to implement
- Supervise key sales processes(opportunity management & account planning) and drive effectiveness by driving process design and continuous improvement
- Effectively communicating to stakeholders at all levels - from executive leadership to individual contributors - to keep them informed and engaged as necessary
- Actively participate in global execution improvement projects
- Create process and technical content

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales & or Sales Operations
- Demonstrated leadership and influence skills including strategizing and driving change across multiple groups & departments.

- Be able to optimally plan for the future and also be adaptable when new obstacles arise

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to illustrate complex business and technical ideas in a way that is meaningful and connects to business stakeholders
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage various initiatives across various time zones (flexible schedule)
- Data Manipulation & Analysis (Tableau, Excel, SFDC)
- Experience with Sales related tools like Salesforce a plus
- Experience in process modeling tools is a plus
- PMP, PMI, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar a plus
