**Manage Cleaning Services**
- Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery (compiling, analysing, development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery)
- Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operation
- Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management
- preparing periodic schedules and all other documentations and ensure all periodic schedule has been enforced and followed up accordingly.
- Covering of manpower if needed (required you to do hands-on cleaning)
- Recruiting of manpower for projects
- Resolving all matters/ incidents on site
- Attend monthly client meeting on Site and conduct Weekly Cleaning Teams Toolbox meeting
- Act as liaison with the client to gauge satisfaction levels and respond to client concern

**Manage quality, inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule**
- Stocktake and allocating of equipment and supplies to project sites
- Identify and recommend suitable equipment and /or technologies to improve cleaning operations
- Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment
- Inventory checks on trolley, cleaner closet, etc to ensure that correct materials and equipment are being clean by the cleaners.
- Cleanliness checks to Equipment / Trolleys to ensure the cleaning equipment and tools are keep in good condition.
- Generate inspection reports and other Quality related documents.
- Assist in checking, updating and enforcing Quality documentation standard procedures and Quality Control
- Conduct Quality Assurance audits.
- Assist to ensure ISO compliance.

**Manage cleaning teams**
- Facilitating in planning of work schedules, deployment of manpower, effective work processes and capability development of staff
- Ensure timely inspections on the Quality of cleaning as well as safety of the operation as the sustainability of the service being provided.
- Checks on e.g.: Name Tag, shoes, pants to ensure that works project a positive image as frontline staff.
- To make sure all cleaning staff follow SOPs.
- Assist with evaluating the performance of the cleaners. Any other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement
- Preferably with 2 years experience in related field
- Team player, good problem-solving and decision making skills
- Ability to multi-tasks under tight time frames with minimum supervision
- Organised, responsive, resourceful and IT savvy
- Strong Quality mentality with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and organisation skills with ability to work in a fast-paced energetic environment
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to self-manage daily activities.
- Experience in cleaning industry.
- 6 days work week
