In your new role you will:

- Responsible for **overall yield ownership **in Test Singapore
- **Lead an organization of technical leaders **, SMEs to deep dive, analyze, drive root cause owners for complete yield coverage from test, IBIS and MSP
- **Collaborate globally **with various divisions, Cluster product test engineering, frontend and backend supply sites including OSATs to **enable product ramp up **with stability and quality at above plan yield performance
- **Manage diverse product and package portfolio **with broad knowhow in complete assembly and test processes to be competent and effective to **drive and achieve final yield performance**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / equivalent technical areas with **more than 10 years **of experience in **Semiconductor industry**:

- Experience in **leading an organization **and collaboration with broad range of stakeholders
- Strong **logical **and **critical thinking**:

- Good foundation in **yield management **and **digitalization **with wide portfolio and solid understanding of **Frontend Foundry **and **Backend Assembly **and **tests processes**:

- **Strong leadership **demonstrated in work experience with multi-cultural team
