About GLOBALFOUNDRIES

**Introduction**:
We are expanding our Fab Operations and are looking for Principal Engineer / MTS (Process Integration), In this role, you will manage overall integration of various process modules, qualify and ramp to production processes meeting customer specifications.

**Your Job**:

- Project management and data analysis.
- Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs
- Run DOE to optimize/improve process margin and determine process & ET specifications.
- Identify and resolve process integration issues & ET related problems
- Identify yield opportunities and set preliminary yield targets
- Work with Module Integration to ensure optimal tool and module convergence
- Liaise with Customer Engineers/Field Engineers to resolve customers’ technical & yield concerns
- Develop processes & ET FMEA
- Document relevant information of new / derivative processes.
- Support and Implement Process change requests
- Reduce OOC rate and improve Cpk of ET parameters
- Responsible for wafer quality to conform to product requirements and have the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems

**Required Qualifications**:

- PhD/Masters/Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering or Science in Physics/Material Science or related field
- At least 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in process or technology development
- Strong understanding of device physics and SPC
- Experience in Non-volatile memory, High Voltage or Power MOS devices preferred
- Possess strong understanding of device physics (VLSI), process and SPC knowledge
- Competency in problem solving as well as leadership are also important

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Good interpersonal and effective communication skill
- Strong analytical, presentation & problem solving skill
- Able to perform under fast paced and challenging environment
