Looking for a new challenge? We are searching for a Principal Engineer - Yield & Product Engineering to be the overall technology owner in sustaining phase for Type-C USB products.

In your new role you will:

- Be the **overall technology owner in sustaining phase **for **Type-C USB products**:

- **Lead technology and technology derivatives transfer **and **qualification in silicon foundries **by following technology milestone scorecards. Good project management skills needed.
- **Technical engineering interface **to business unit, **technology development and silicon foundry **for new technology development & transfer, **new production introduction **to Silicon foundry;
- Act as **technical support **for Product Engineer/ Process Engineer/ Design team for yield improvement, split lot definition, e-test, yield assessment and map the test fail results to potential process/technology steps.
- **Coordinate/ synchronize process/ technology topics **across fabs
- Be the **technical expert for Process **change review board

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- PHD or MS degree in EE, Physics or other related engineering degree with 7+ years experiences for PHD and 10+ years experiences for MS in technical functions including **process module development, Process integration, product yield engineering.**:

- Familiar with **design of experiment (DOE), SPC and electrical data analysis, software and techniques**:

- Sound knowledge of **submicron IC manufacturing processes**:

- Strong knowledge of **CMOS and Memory device characterization**:

- Strong communication skills in a cross-functional and intercultural environment
- Ability to analyze problems of high complexity and develop profound solutions together with all relevant stakeholders
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment
