Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in performance marketing, media/advertising industry business, or management consulting.
- 7 years of experience in People Management, including building and managing teams, performance management, developing, and growing individuals.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with establishing relationships within the advertising and technology stakeholders in the region.
- Knowledge of APAC Retail, including Digital Retailing, D2C models, Omnichannel Retail, and Retail Digital Transformation.
- Knowledge of Google and YouTube advertising solutions.
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives and results.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive business growth by finding ways to deploy Google marketing and media solutions to help our Retail partners grow their businesses. Understand and solve client issues proactively and creatively, and constantly strive for improvement.
- Build an advertising business operation capable of providing excellent service to Google’s advertisers and agencies with a collaborative approach. Lead and develop strategic agreements.
- Manage relationships with a large set of stakeholders. Lead sales portfolio, managing teams across various workflows crossing strategy development to core business execution.
- Represent the Google Brand proposition both internally (e.g. leadership engagements) and externally (e.g., customers, agencies, conferences).
- Lead and mentor teams to develop their skills in areas such as relationship-building, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification, and solution businesses.
