Its vision is to be the leading charity in Singapore devoted to alleviating hunger through efficient distribution of food by providing reliable, consistent and sustainable food support to the less fortunate through food distribution programmes. FFTH helps thousands of lives each year by garnering support from sponsors, donors and volunteers to fight hunger through its five core programmes: Bread Run, Community Food Pack, Project Belanja, School Goodie Bag, and Market Place. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Event Leadership: Reimagine and execute FFTH’s signature events, creating unforgettable experiences that inspire deeper connections and generosity.
- Food Drive Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of monthly food drives, fostering strong partnerships with community organisations and sponsors.
- Partnership Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with sponsors and corporate partners, inspiring them to become champions for FFTH’s mission.
- Resource Stewardship: Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximise impact and ensure compliance with fundraising.

Reporting and Growth: Prepare reports to track and communicate the success of events and food drives, using data to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Min 5 years of experience leading events, with strong leadership and project management skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to engage sponsors, volunteers, and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools to ensure efficient operations.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s fundraising and grassroot operations knowledge.
