With more than 60 years of history, Thye Shan Medical Hall is a heritage brand in Singapore providing quality Traditional Chinese Medicinal (TCM) products and services.
We take pride in our culture, and strive to continually improve and modernize our brand. To aid us in our development plans, we are currently looking for a driven and committed individual to join our team.
- Process orders from company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, and our own website
- Coordinate the entire order fulfilment process, including but not limited to generation of payment links and updating delivery status
- Ensure product listings on all platforms are consistent and up to date (e.g., product pricing, promotions, images)
- Handle customer feedback and provide service recovery professionally if required
- Maintain inventory level for our packaging materials and submit replenishment orders
- Assist with daily orders by picking and packing products when necessary
- Perform book-keeping and accounts matters
- Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma and above
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Preferably have good command of the English and Chinese languages as you will be dealing with traditional Chinese medicine
- Organised and meticulous with attention to details and processes
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Team player
- Has a curious mind, is outgoing and energetic
Working location: Chinatown
Working hours: Office hours, Monday-Friday
