The Ivory is seeking a dynamic team player with positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced work environment to join our team as an **Customer Service and Admin Executive **.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle new and existing customer enquiries.
- Assist with day to day operations to ensure smooth-running.
- Handle invoicing, filing and international shipping scheduling.
- Process collection and return of gowns and proper quality control.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure neatness and cleanliness of boutique.
**Job Requirements**:
- Is responsive, meticulous and a team player.
- Proactive, and can perform under pressure.
- Have good communication skills.
