Computhink Kids is looking for an **Admin & Customer Service Executive **who **enjoys customer service and loves interacting with kids **to join our team.

You are an **outgoing person **who is **comfortable working with new technology and systems **and possess a **_can-do _**attitude to learn new skills **.

You will be responsible for **student administration **, **front-desk admin duties, front-facing customer service channels and digital marketing **.

Only Singaporeans/ PRs.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- **Managing Centre Operations **to ensure that the Centre is physically clean, well-organised and well-kept to ensure the best presentation and environment for customers, teachers and students.
- **Design and Digital Marketing**:

- Identify new markets and marketing projects. Manage digital marketing presence such as Google, Facebook Ads, Instagram etc

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE A' Levels, Nitec or Polytechnic Diploma.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude
- Must enjoy interacting with children of age 7 to 16 and their parents.

**Working Hours**:
4 weekdays and 1 weekend. (e.g. Tue to Sat)
Weekday hours: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
Weekend hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
