- 7 years of experience in the digital advertising industry or marketing functions.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working with Google Ads suite (e.g., Search Ads 360 (SA360)).
- Experience working in or with Asia-Pacific markets.
- Ability to define a vision and strategy and build relationships with key stakeholders to achieve it.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a high degree of comfort with data-driven problem-solving.
- Excellent project management skills to deliver initiatives on time and to specification with high autonomy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch messaging to stakeholders of varying levels.

Go-To-Market Performance encompasses some of Google’s fastest growing, most prominent and advanced advertising, and measurement products, including Search, Shopping, Apps, Privacy-Centric Measurement.

As the Asia Pacific (APAC) Go-To-Market Lead, you will be part of the Search and Commerce GTM team, and lead the product strategy and activation for Google’s suite of Search, Shopping, and Retail associated products that assist businesses and partners to obtain highly qualified traffic. The team partners closely with APAC sales leadership and teams, Search and Shopping specialists, GTM, and global counterparts to drive the respective sales strategy and initiatives for the region. They own the development of supporting operations, product strategy, and in-market activation to drive business impact and growth outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective go-to-market plans for our suite of Search automated bidding products, with a particular focus on Value Optimization, where you will help advertisers to unlock growth by successfully aligning conversion value to their most important business key performance indicators (KPIs).

Partnering closely with country activation specialists and sales teams across the region, you will drive the adoption and optimal use of these products, while simultaneously collecting insights and feedback to improve them through partnership with Global Product teams. You will leverage your customer-centric mindset, deep curiosity for how Search product features work together, and collaboration with Search GTM peers to build holistic strategies and initiatives that establish Search’s power as a driver for customer growth.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, execute, and refine the ads product go-to-market strategy for Search in APAC, with focus on Value optimization.
- Drive adoption of key Search products by influencing and equipping sales specialists and sales communities across the region.
- Identify gaps in products and build business cases based on customers needs; partner with Global Product Leads on your product area roadmap.
- Identify business opportunities with market and competitive insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs, initiatives.
- Execute projects to drive step change improvements in product adoption and sales capability.
