**The Challenges**

You will provide administrative and operational support to the Department of Operations (Division of Integrative and Community Care), TTSH Rehabilitation Centre and related projects or programmes, including providing direct support to the Director/Deputy Director/Assistant Director, Operations.
- Some of the key job scope will include, but not limited to:
- Processing petty cash claims;
- Arranging meetings;
- Maintaining office supplies and assets list/tagging
- Preparing notes and materials for meetings;
- Preparing for MOH licensing audits;
- Sourcing and requesting of quotations for purchases;
- Maintaining office files and common folders;
- Raising of payments for invoices;
- Assisting with logistics for workshops or events

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma holder with preferably 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
