**MAIN PURPOSE**

Jaeger-LeCoultre, Home of Fine Watchmaking since 1833, a Maison of excellence and passion for innovation is the first Manufacture to have been established in the Vallée de Joux, Switzerland.

We are looking for an intern to support the Maison in Clienteling and CRM activities over South-East Asia region. As an Ambassador of the Maison. This 6 month internship is based in Singapore reporting to Retail & Client Experience Manager South-East Asia & Oceania.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**CRM Reporting and Database Analysis: 40%**
- Extraction and analysis of data (reporting and analytics)
- Monitor and analyze CRM results to provide recommendations / actions to develop customer database

**CRM tools and Clienteling: 40%**
- Implement and follow up of regional CRM E-card planning
- Manage all client extractions, campaigns and reporting on CRM Program
- Support the retail team with local activations

**Omnichannel projects Development: 10%**
- Support and ensure successful roll out of omnichannel projects in Singapore, Australia, Thailand, and Malaysia: Phone-Sales, e-commerce, Hero, Click from Store

**Client experience activations: 10%**
- Support organization and implementation of retail CRM activations / event: logistic arrangement, idea generations, sourcing of vendors, etc.
