**As a MINI Assistant CRM Manager your responsibilities will include**:

- To play a key role in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for the MINI brand and dealer in Singapore
- To establish and maintain dealership CRM activities to ensure increased existing customer loyalty and attract conquest customers
- To plan and implement lead generation activities through collaboration/partnerships (online/offline), and through events for conquest opportunities
- Define and implement a CRM strategy for the dealership - new cars, used cars and aftersales
- Manage customer and activity data quality
- Coordinate potential sales opportunities across dealership departments
- Coordinate dealership customer communication
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and events
- Customer advocate for the brand
- Steer and control the operational management & improve dealership customer experience
- Acts as a contact person for internal and external partners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field.
- 3 years of related working experience and preferably in Automotive industry
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in CRM systems; experience in Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud and Autoline will be an added advantage
- Passion in the MINI brand
