Membership Alignment Executive

As part of the Membership Alignment Team, you will support the recruitment, retention, and engagement of U Club members (mainly the homemaker and retiree demographics of NTUC members) and development and growth of the department’s Interest-Based-Communities, with a specific focus on, but not limited to, the interest of Baking and Pets.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
U Club Member Relations
- Under the supervision of the Manager, develop and deliver a plan of action to recruit, retain and engage U Club members, ensuring efficient use of resources and drawing on support from within NTUC Club’s membership network.
- Co-manage the member database that will facilitate relationship management.
- Establish and engage in marketing initiatives necessary to drive community on boarding and participation in engagement activities.
Programming and Member Engagement (Interest-Based Communities)
- Provide support in the planning and implementation of calendar of activities for the various Interest-Based Communities, with specific focus on Baking themed and Pets themed activities and programmes to engage the aggregated community of members and stakeholders such as unions.
Stakeholder and Partner Management
- To identify, nurture and build connections and collaborations with internal and external partners and stakeholders to strengthen, and generate new potential, business opportunities for membership growth and engagement
**Other Duties**
- To ensure compliances to timeline, SOPs and alignments to strategic directions and outcomes.
- Any other responsibilities / tasks as assigned by the Manager and Head of Department
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Possess event management, community engagement, partnership relationship management, social media, content marketing and copywriting qualifications and experiences, or where relevant and equivalent
- Prior experience in Membership/Customer Service and managing database would be advantageous
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to execute good judgement, work under pressure and a can-do spirit
- A team player and adaptable to changes
