As a **Regional Network Specialist APAC**, you are part of a talented global team, motivated to extend Velocity Global’s services into countries all around the globe. You will be assisting the process of recruiting and coordinating In-Country Partners in APAC, together with internal Sales, Operations, and Payroll to deliver first-in-class services that make Velocity Global the world leader in service and delivery within the international business expansion.
This individual will report to the Regional Network Manager - APAC, and the position is fully remote.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- As part of the Operations function, your role will be to source & engage with in-country business partners across APAC to support the growth of Velocity Global’s services into new markets and maintain a high service level in existing markets
- Coordinate tasks with APAC partners such as monthly operational communications, legal & compliance assistance, and other recurring or ad hoc processes
- Provide support to Regional Network Manager in maintaining active partnerships across APAC including issue escalation, process alignment, and assisting resolve operational issues
- Ensuring Velocity Global’s In-Country Partners’ service delivery success. This includes providing hands-on support to the regional team to ensure process harmony between each In-Country Partner and the corresponding local team
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Payroll, and Sales teams to deliver a successful solution
- Monitor and review reports ensuring the monthly service level is maintained
- Develop competency in the area of international employment
- Provide support in the negotiation of commercial arrangements and the resolution of business, technical, and service delivery issues
- Other duties as assigned as a high-growth company, we embrace supporting ALL areas of the business
**QUALIFICATIONS**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Fluency in business English and Mandarin is required (both written and spoken). Additional languages are welcome.
- 3+ years of experience in international business, preferably in a professional services environment OR relevant internship experience as applicable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Project management-oriented, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong cross-functional collaborative ability and project management style
- Ability to quickly assimilate information; with operations across 185+ countries there is a lot to learn
- Technology-literate, including Google and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong consultative customer service and project management style
- Drive, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating unparalleled customer experiences it should be in your bones
- Interest in international business and contributing at a consistently high level
