Reporting to the APAC Associate Regional Marketing Director, the associate RMM will work closely with the regional marketing and sales teams to translate the regional business goals into actionable execution plans that drive demand and revenue growth in the region assigned
- in this case, the South APJ area.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing the marketing strategy for the South APJ region.
- Planning and executing relevant outbound marketing campaigns for the South APJ region
- Enter and maintain lead and contact data into Marketing automation systems and CRM database for APAC
- Tracking campaign performance, and reporting on results for the APAC region.
- Planning and executing high-quality user meetings, local seminars, webinars, and events for South APJ.
- Execution of account-specific marketing initiatives and programs with South APJ Regional Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and Technical Sales Specialists.
- Tradeshows preparation and follow-up by identifying relevant information and contacts for South APJ.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communicator and effective team player.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science with an interest in marketing/business
- Demonstrates a passion for action and results.
- Takes ownership of important issues being persistent in the face of obstacles.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and meticulous in details.
- Must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, communicate proactively, and prioritize daily tasks as well as longer dynamic projects.
- Commercial acumen
- Excel proficiency
- English proficiency and knowledge of another Asian language ideally Chinese, Japanese or Korean
