**Position Overview**
Regional Marketing Manager Asia is responsible for developing and executing field marketing and ABM programs in to drive awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline and engage customers. Reporting to the Marketing Director APAC, the Regional Marketing Manager Asia will work closely with the regional sales teams to execute agreed initiatives, report on pipeline generation and marketing contribution. The role will be the voice of the customer in Asia, monitor and report on competitor activity, market trends and customer insights.
The role requires digitally savvy marketer who understands field marketing and ABM and works closely with sales and BDR to drive pipeline generation. The Regional Marketing Manager will thrive in a collaborative team environment and know that their contributions will have a deep impact on the region's results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the development and execution of the field and ABM marketing strategy for key Asian countries (ASEAN, HK, India)
- Work with Marketing Demand Generation, Content Marketing and Regional Sales Leadership to strategies, build, execute and track impactful quarterly, localised integrated marketing campaigns, in order to meet and/or exceed quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
- Drive and execute key local activities including: events, webinars, executive roundtables, speaking opportunities, trade show sponsorships, and integrated marketing campaigns. All with methodical end-to-end planning and co-ordinated sales follow-up, measurement and results tracking
- Target segment & account penetration: define custom, account-specific marketing initiatives to expand ACS penetration of strategic segments, personas and existing or new accounts
- In collaboration with sales build tactical activity to accelerate pipeline and deal wins
- Manage and ensure timely and comprehensive marketing generated lead follow-up/tracking and reporting
- Manage the creation of local language: campaigns, collaterals, digital and web content, supported by translation agencies
- Support creation and production of value-driven content for thought leadership
- Own and manage regional PR program and agency
- Manage and own regional customer stories and PR
- Own customer data for the region
- In partnership with regional product marketing manager support product launches as part of GTM
- Build strong relationships, alignment and ongoing communication with sales organization, marketing and other internal and external stakeholders to drive new revenue pipeline that will help grow revenues and achieve sales targets.
- Measure ROI for all activities and analyse the sales funnel to identify areas for continual improvement
- Manage and own regional field marketing budget
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- At least 7+ years of B2B SaaS or technology industry experience with 5 years of experience that includes field marketing, events and field sales support
- High proficiency in SFDC, Marketo
- Exceptional marketing, planning and project management skills
- Experience in reporting, marketing & campaign dashboards and KPIs
- Aggressive marketer with the finesse of sales
- Strong understanding of the variety of marketing disciplines including traditional, online, social and events and user conferences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the online environment and channels in Asia
- Strong negotiator
- Strong understanding of how to maximize the value of events and meetings as pipeline generation and relationship building tools
- Experience in managing budgets
- Strong project management skills and ability to develop and deliver campaigns and programs within a very fast paced, shifting environment.
- Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with mínimal supervision
