We are a global post pandemic L&D success story with our products being in high demand and our targets for growth being met. In order to support our teams further in APAC, we require an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join the team.
As our Regional Learning Consultant you will operate as the L&D Consultant for the APAC region offering consultancy support to our clients in partnership with our sales teams. You will ensure Insights delivers the highest quality development for our Insights Practitioners (people and businesses that deliver our products) and encourage them to become active, fully engaged participants in the Insights Practitioner community.
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience
- The design, build, delivery and evaluation of business outcome focused development interventions
- The use of diagnostic and personality profiles and tools to promote a richer awareness and understanding of self, others, context and objectives
- A working knowledge of organisational development principles and interventions
- Consultancy and business partnering (preferably from a commercial perspective)
- Experience of designing development in the following fields of Human Skills, Team, Leadership, Change, Culture
- Coaching and mentoring other development professionals to improve their practice.

You will support an eco-system of practitioner communities in the APAC region that is self-sustaining; where practitioners feel a strong sense of belonging, and a place where they can learn, grow, and develop as a practitioner of Insights.
The APAC region is a geography that stretches from India across the North and South Asia extending down through the South Pacific and covering Australia and New Zealand. The Asia and ANZ region contributes to 70% of the overall APAC revenue. The current market is fierce and post-pandemic it is experiencing huge growth with needs from our clients ranging from psychological welfare, teaming and self-awareness. The APAC region contributes about 5% of the overall revenue for the Insights business and the growth plan is ambitious as it is the newest region to form across the Insights outreach with huge potential in the 40 countries and largest population on earth. 8.5 Billion people. Our golden nuggets of sales growth is anticipated for India, Australia and South East Asia (Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia).
The clients serviced in the region work in some of the world's most recognised and respected logos and we aspire to providing Legendary Service with unparalleled learning and development recommendations. The role will provide learning and development design, consultation, coaching and support to 900+ Practitioners.
You will be working with a team of highly motivated and professional HR/Learning and Development and Sales Account Mangers; as well as our scalable Associate Consultant network delivering, facilitating and consulting to our customers and Practitioners. The role also extends to providing focused education and performance building activities to our community of Accredited Insights Practitioners across the APAC region.
This role is designed for a sole contributor, highly motivated individual who works with an agile mindset. Someone who is extremely passionate about helping individuals, teams and communities reach their goals through performance improvement and by engaging communities by learning together.
