**Practice Overview**:
Oliver Wyman Digital is a dedicated capability within Oliver Wyman. We deliver world-class strategies and products that give our clients a competitive edge and our mission is to leave a positive impact on the world. We have mixed agency skills with our consulting roots in order that we can best answer some of the largest companies’ toughest questions. Our global dynamic team deliver at the highest levels across many specialist skill sets including Design, Data Science & Analytics, Project Delivery and Architecture & Engineering. This allows us to work in an agile format to create unique, tailor-made digital solutions for clients, driving breakthrough impact.

**What you will do**:
Principals are experts in particular content areas and provide day-to-day leadership of complex client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process, teaming with Partners. They ensure on-time delivery that meets or exceeds agreed upon goals, leveraging Oliver Wyman best practice, their own expertise and the firm’s technical competence. They become trusted advisors to senior clients, with the ability to guide and influence their thinking, and to be viewed as experts in particular content areas.

Oliver Wyman Principals are seen as Partners of the future and, as such, are fully engaged in building business through identifying new and expanded opportunities; they create exciting and additive intellectual capital through thought leadership and are knowledgeable on a broad range of adjacent topics. Principals develop others and build a strong personal brand both within and outside the firm.
- Managing the execution of individual project modules. This typically includes developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
- Supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case execution
- Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
- For Manager hires, managing and developing the capabilities of junior consulting staff.

**What you will bring**:
The Principal position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with significant prior experience.
- A minimum of 7-10 years, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
- Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
- Financial services/ CIS industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within one of our practice areas is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
