**Job Overview**:
Oliver Wyman is seeing a Workplace Flexibility Project Manager with experience in designing and implementing flexible working practices.
We are at an exciting point in our evolution as a region and are looking for someone experienced to support us through this change. **What you will do**:
Run our test and learn environment:
- Day to day project management of all flexible working experiments
- Working with our projects and support departments to design and implement flexible working processes/solutions
- Canvassing new experiments and coaching teams on how to set these up
- Running the approval process
- Working with project teams to establish what worked/ what didn’t and turning that into region wide enablers
- Working with the global flexibility project manager, based in the US, to support global flexible working initiatives
- Supporting our work life sustainability goals
Supporting our Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging (IDB) agenda:
- Working with our teams in US, Europe and the Middle East to ensure that all flexible working initiatives across the region fit with our global IBD agenda
- Supporting the roll out of global initiatives as needed
- Playing an active role in our IDB council. Driving and supporting that group as needed.
There will be scope within the role to get involved in other areas of HR as needed. You will need to produce reports and updates for the leadership team in this role so advanced Excel, PowerPoint and overall project management skills are a must.

**What you will bring**:
- Proven experience of delivering impact and driving change management processes on culture change and/or inclusion, equity, diversity and belonging
- Project management and execution in fast-paced environment, with proven impact
- Ability to design and deliver innovative solutions to workplace flexibility, inclusion, equity, diversity and belonging challenges
- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across matrixed organization
- MS PowerPoint to present information to a high standard
- Excel for simple tasks and openness to developing more detailed analysis skills

- Proven ability to think strategically and elevate perspective beyond the day to day by identifying and assessing long term opportunities and challenges
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships across a dynamic and complex matrix structure
- Advanced verbal and written communications skills and ability to synthesize complex information into key messages and practical tools and guidance
- Proven project management skills
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and understanding when to escalate an issue
- Ability to speak up and challenge the status quo
- Flexible approach and adaptable to change
- Ability to work collaboratively across a global team and in a multi-cultural environment
